Bug Screenshots not available in certain circumstances

I have noticed since the update that screnshots are only avaliable to take when not engaged with an open chat, workbench, etc. I do not know if this is HC specific, or a 1.7.2 issue. The downside to it is that I am unable to scroll back through a chat conversation and screenshot relevant information (i.e. /pe data, payment confirmation, etc.) F2 simply does not function in any interactions instances.

It's not a problem with HC, it's a problem with 1.7.2 itself.

It happens for me in 1.7.2 single player, but if I roll it back to 1.6.4 it works fine, and if I update to 1.7.4 it also works fine.
