Bug Says I've Already Joined Local Chat... Still Can't Talk

Hey there,
So sorry to bother you with this, but when I logged on for the first time, it told me to join the Tour chat, so I did... After realizing I couldn't talk even after joining, I thought nothing of it... I just assumed that they prevented newcomers from speaking in order to cut down on any spamming from annoying advertisers. Once I was whitelisted, I tried to join the local chat-- which worked-- but it still didn't allow me to speak... It told me that I had to join a chat channel in order to speak.
Hope you can help me with this little issue; I use words, not swords!

Edit: I see no post from you for an application to get whitelisted, have you done so?

Huh. I did and ShadowWarriorXA replied to it and said he promoted me to whitelisted... Maybe I'm crazy... o__o

Nevermind, just found it. Sorry!

When you can get back online, try typing '/ch o' and see what it says. Maybe permissions weren't fully setup?
