Me and @Pringle285 have decided to sell our hamlet, giving someone else a chance at running a hamlet for cheaper than new hamlet prices (10K).
Bidding will start at 4000c, 6000c cheaper than a new hamlet.

Positives

+Instant takeover
+Regioned already, no waiting on admins to do so, saving you time.
+Majority of items within, building materials to some other things such as reeds etc.
+Cheaper than new
+Very convenient location, roughly 500 blocks from (-, -) HG. Not too close or far., near the temple MA.

So, yeah, please bid below, starting at 4000c, please bid sensibly and preferably at 50-110c each bid.

Just to add all the buildings will remain so any materials are left for the next owners. Current town members will be allowed to take their possessions but any inactive town members items will be left for the next owners. there is an underground farm layer the size of the whole city about 5 deep and there is a undercity that has started to be dug out.

Pending a question to the staff on if a WorldEdit wipe could be done on the location, I would do 4000c ish . If that's not the case, 4000c with labour for removing it, or 2500c.
