Bug Runeword

Right now at 1:45 PM EST, the skill "Runeword" is not working. You try to use the skill, and nothing happens, nothing even shows up in chat. Then if you try to do /skills and look at the runeword description it says it does 0 HP.

I kicked a restart a every hours ago, should be good to go.

Runeword:
  use-text: '%hero% used %skill% on %target%!'
  max-distance: 7
  damage-bonus: 1.3
  radius: 10
  apply-text: '%target% has been cursed by a Runeword!'
  expire-text: The Runeword's curse fades from %target%!
  duration: 8000

It's still not working for some reasons. In game do /skill runeblade, it says "Your target 0% more magic damage" It doesn't even say take before the 0%. Weird.

K... the copy failed if this is happening, I'll need to stop and restart and ensure that the files copied correctly.

It is 100% working on test. It'll be restarted later today for the fix.
