Runeword's skill description says, Your target recieves increased magic damage by 25%, however when cast the skill requires no target, and also takes no target even if staring the target in the face.

Yeah.. I won't lie - this one wasn't fully complete - it has massive logic issues.

@mung3r, @unknownloner or @Sleaker wanna fix my skill up?
