Not a Bug Runestones being able to teleport into town regions

After <user> abused an exploit mentioned here: http://herocraftonline.com/main/threads/problem-with-town-regions.53699/ He groupteleported people into my town who then made several runestones around my town in different spots, and now they can and do teleport to any of them at any point in time. @Xanipher [USERGROUP=9][USERGROUP=9]@Admins[/USERGROUP][/USERGROUP] @Kainzo

Have you witnessed them using runestones? You can create them in regions but can only recall to them if you have access to the region.

Clearly shows me telling you to remove perms. It's not exactly my fault in any way that the perms were still there - this was taken on july 1st.

Unless you know there's runestones stop posting fake bug reports and wasting staffs time.

See what happened was we told him we got in there with runestones as a lie, of course he believed it and posted this.

Runesmiths can't even create them where they don't have regions to.
