Minor Runestone = Diamondblock, a diamond block is worth 31.5c(regular diamond block?)

Major Runestone = Glowstone Lamp (Lit)

Gigantic Runestone = Nether Star, Aren't Netherstars obtainable normally? I am getting these could be found cheaper then 100 at times.

Ancient Runestone = Glowing Redstone Ore

My suggestion:
Minor Runestone = Diamondblock = 31.5c
Major Runestone = Nether Star = 150c DHX
Gigantic Runestone = Glowing Redstone Ore = 750c DHX
Ancient Runestone = Fire = 2,500c DHX

Imbue Runestone = Glowstone Dust x5 - This is in addition to the component cost?
Recharge Runestone = Redstone Wire x5 - Is this the same for all runes or does it scale per charge?[DOUBLEPOST=1372548546,1372547297][/DOUBLEPOST]Seems as I am a little late

Like the 5k Ancient. Sorta glad it was higher.

I think 5k is fine. I never heard the cost of the other runestones but I am betting they are priced accordingly

You may be on to something with the nether star thing, but I'm thinking that they will be cleared out by players in time, and then be forced to be purchased at the DHX value. (Hopefully).
