Bug Runeblade Skills

So my friend is a Runeblade and told me none of his skills worked, so I checked the /skills runeblade and it says the Runeblades only have 5 skills : Potion , Sneak , Blink , Duskblade and Runeword.
Is this a bug or is this intentionnal ?
