Bug Runeblade Relics Dont Drop

They don't.

I've also noticed Rogue relics in general don't drop much.

My Theory is that pre-dungeon Loot Tables had Rogue relics drop from Spiders, and Dungeons dont have many spiders.

This is being addressed in a future patch. Thanks for pointing it out, @joshtsai did the work to get this going.
