Bug Ruins Soul Exchange

After mining, I counted up all of my soul shards. In total, I had enough shards for 220s, not counting the 5% tax. When I went to the Ruins spawn and sold them, I only got around 160s. With the 5% tax, I should have gotten 209s, so I think something's not right. I haven't noticed anything like this in the Haven Exchange, so can this be checked out? Thank you.
