Bug Reviving in skirmish's.

So i was in a skirmish and I got killed, i then was waiting for the skirmish to finish when std's revived me, which meant i would spawn in the skirmish arena with my real items. so yeah im mad.

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed via the plugin or is it a Hero kills thing that would need to be fixed.

Do we need to add a revive /confirm command?

I could see people reviving others to piss them off, I doubt Stds had anything in mind but winning the skirm no matter the cost.

Problem is I have now received a few more reports of this occurring. STD is using this "trick" a bit more, so I am curious if this is something that can be coded to be blocked in skirmishes, or like Dsa said, a confirmation of some sort.

Kainzo - I linked the thread to Al but not sure if this would be more of a skills fix then an actual skirmish fix. Or if this is intended

Yes STD's has constantly revived his teammates in skirmishes against me. his teammates usually end up dieing with there items on them. than getting revived again (unwilling fully). this should not be allowed.

Fixes:
1) remove the player from the party on death
2) dont allow someone in an arena match to use revive on those who are not.

Should be very simple in BattleArena/Heroes

also can you try to make it so you cant leave your party while in skirmish. this should stop the team killing issue.

No iwas not in a group. I joined skirmish. Died. Respawned back in my town where I was. Was revived by std in skirmish and spawned in with my actual stuff. Got hit once died again. Respawned in some other world with a portal to bastion. Had to buy redstone from dhx in spawn and recall back to town.

The easiest 'fix' to prevent Clerics or Mystics from reviving during skirmish is to not supply them with red roses.

If not, or until then, just leave the party immediately after dying in a skirmish if you do not wish to be revived.

More good news for the server... I'm back as a beguiler and have no plans to switch back to Cleric.

Kainzo, if you remove players from the party on death or when the skirmish is over, you will hit two birds with one stone and motly remedy the stacked teams bug. Unless of course it's a premade team, then I'm not sure how to fix that.

That is true but a short term fix is just take away the roses.... as STD and I pointed out!
