Bug Respeccing attribute bug

I just respecced to ranger, which I mastered, and upon looking in my hero book, my attributes were reverted to a rangers base stats, and my allocation points I had used to obtain my previous values were not returned to me.

EDIT: Relogging returns the allocation points.

This is sounding like an SQL issue. This wouldn't happen unless it was not loading or saving something properly. I tested this extensively before we switched to SQL and it had worked fine.
