Bug Residence Problems

So I was told in order to change the area of my res claim, I would have to remove my current res and then remake it in the area I would like. I successfully removed my res but when i try to make a new one I get the message "You already own the max number of residences your allowed to." but when I type /res list it clearly says I don't own any.

Sorry this wasn't answered. I had the same problem myself with testing residences, but it corrected itself 24 hours later.

I have refunded 920 coins that you were overcharged by a residence rent bug.
