My friend Jaklng can't allow me to his residence.It says it worked properly on his end but I still can't build.He is doing /res pset resname playername build true.

Try also doing "use" ie /res pset [resname] [playername] use true

Check all spellings including the name of the res, use correct capitalization to be sure, etc, and good luck.

Still isn't working though it says that the flag was set on his end?

I've seen people mentioning having difficulties with this in help chat, and it does seem to get resolved. Relogging (both players) has been mentioned as being helpful too. I do wish I had more concrete advice! If it continues to be a problem, please post again so that my posts don't give the impression it's been resolved.
