Bug Residence permissions bug

My guide perms are interfering with my t7 perms. When i did /res limits it said "Permissions Group: xguide" I currently do not have permission to make a residence and I believe this is the cause.

We may be able to find a work around in the shortrun so you can have basic abilities - but not 100% here.
