Simple and Quick - TLDR

Enable the Admin flag for owners of residences so other players can add and remove perms.

Hello!

I am suggesting the opening up of personal residences by a little bit. There is an ADMIN FLAG that once allowed should give owners the option to share the ability to add players to the permissions.
Currently the command /res pset(gset) is only available to the owner, but with the ADMIN FLAG enabled as an owner I can /res pset <Res> <Player> admin true ~ and that player should then be able to use the pset/gset commands to add/remove other players rights.

This will give in to turning personal residences into mini towns, but really that is how it already is. The only thing this would change is who has to type the annoying commands. Which really does not effect gameplay so much as it does on the nerves of whoever the lucky owner is.

Please enable to ADMIN FLAG for owners!

You can already add people to your residence, at least last map you could. Kryptomaniac and I combined our T7 residence and had the perms for each side.

Did it change this map?

what eldry means is for his town he has a barracks system set up for new recruits and it uses his personal region and only he can assign the flags to new recruits. he wants to be able to have his 2nd and 3rd in command to have the ability to do so as well

If I was a personal region owner I certainly would not want that, but I see what you mean now.

I thought he was having an issue adding people in general. My mistake.

Yeah for a residence used for personal use, this would not be needed. For guilds and budding townships as well as mature towns it would be a tremendous help

I just wanted to see if Kainzo was thinking about allowing the admin flag, it would help immensely for residences that are taken care of by multiple people. I'm going to go out on a limb here and also so it would mostly be only a configuration change to allow the owner of the region to allow people to become admins of the region.

It would only affect the guilds/townships that are sharing these regions, and would just make our lives a lot simpler.
