I want to start off by apologizing for not knowing the proper place to post this though I can move this if need be. This place however [snip] vandalized several buildings that were clearly marked with signs. Not only that, he has been in chat for the past hour ranting and raving insulting all who he can get his hands on. This player is beyond toxic and I request action be taken against him. While i have no screenshots of the offender there are various witnesses that you can ask if need be

If he is griefing/modifying any of your structures, you can report him by standing near the griefed area and doing '/pe new [complaint]'

You can also report him if he broke any of the chat rules(spamming, racism, harassment, etc..). If you can, provide a screenshot of the chat, if not then I'm pretty sure an Admin can look up the chat logs and verify his actions.
