I am sorry to say, but it is tecnicaly Legal ( As far as I am aware ) and he does have the right to murder you in any way he see's fit >.< Good luck man! I'm Sorry!

This is legal, you entered a user's personal property without permission. It is illegal if they asked you to come in, or if they tricked/lured you into coming inside. They verbally have to say in chat that you're allowed in. If not, then you're trespassing.
