Suggestion Replenish world's cows

I was on the server the last dew days and it seems that chickens are everywhere and sheep are somewhat common, yet there are nearly no cows. There is a quest that demands 15 leather and several classes need it leather to make armour because gold armour is nearly impossible to get a full set of. This makes many rogues and their sub-classes to become an alchemist just to get chainmail.
I propose that cows should be respawned everywhere when players feel there are no cows. Seriously, there must be only 20-30 wild cows out there and 150 regular players needing their leather. I hope this problem will be addressed and that players can finally get a full set of leather armour. Thank you.

When I say players feel there are no more cows, I mean when there is evidence to back this up like a lack of people wearing leather, a noticeable decrease in cows, and a lack of delicious cake.

Become a farmer, they can spawn and breed cows. The going price for leather in trade is 30-50c/stack.
There are plenty of cows out there in people's farms

Farmers have the ability to spawn animals at will. Get with one or become one.

Natural spawning of animals has been reduced.
