Bug Repeated timeouts

I was on for 2.5 hours or so just now, and had about 10 timeouts in that time. From comments in chat it appeared these timeouts were affecting many players.

Yes the server is timing out every 15-30 minutes, it varies everytime.

I think the server is going down and back up rapidly. the connection is gone for just a couple seconds and then back up.

No one sleeps.......

This needs to be fixed quickly, the server is unplayable atm. Seems to me like we are being DDoS'd.

It's something in the code, it doesnt seem to be anything malicious.

We've reverted to a stable build of Spigot - seeing if happens again or not, if it does we'll revert plugins next.

Note: this didnt not happen to the tournament server running at the same time ( I was connected to both and only rpg dropped me) which means its not an attack of any sort.

Well it appears it isn't a Libigot issue.

Leaning towards a plugin at the moment - but there's nothing in the code that I can see that would cause it. So strange.
