I dont even care if we lose it without anything gained.

I was fighting a low level ranger and he didnt know about the fire making his target immune to ALL HIS DMG. Rangers will continue to suffer until you remove this skill.

There are already plenty of times when this glitch is annoying (dawn for pve, anytime you have a caster ally for pvp) without letting us do it to ourselves !!!!!!!

Remove it. Then we can start thinking about IF we need something new. But please. Stop letting us shoot ourselves in the foot!
