Suggestion Remove Damage Skill Name Binding

Right now you can do /skill HarmTouch RShooter2000 and as long as you are within range it goes off, this works for all damaging skills, and should be removed. Any skill it takes to kill someone is now gone.

Hoping this gets fixed soon. It's so easy to abuse (myself especially being a beguiler) with CC to keep someone out of a fight.
