Bug Region bb2_01 won't work for me

I type /srm addMember Dsawemd bb2_01 = NO message, still no perms.
I type /srm addMember Dsawemd bb2_1 = no region by that name.
I type /srm addMember Dsawemd bb2_XX = you do not own this region

My name is on the region buy sign, looks just like it would if it were working, and I confirmed that I am being charged weekly for the privilege.
