Bug Redstone Wire from Exchange

I made 4 purchases of redstone wire from the 2nd floor of the exchange in Haven for a total of 20 wire costing 200s. I was charged for the wire, but it did not enter into my inventory. I am hoping to get my wire so that I can recharge 4 runestones rather than a refund of my 200s. Thanks. :)

We're looking for a new recharging agent - it cant be a technical block in minecraft - got any ideas of what we should use? :)
