Redstone Chest Shop

I recently got lvl 17 merchant and on the wiki it says at that level you can create redstone shops, but it also says you cannot make redstone wiring shops til lvl 45 or so, I was told by Kainzo to make a report here, so here it is

in game the only reference to redstone is lvl 45. the only issue here is that the wiki is incorrect. i can confirm that redstone is a lvl 45 shop and lvl 17 is merely simple ores.

Well, we definitely want redstone dust to be sold at lower levels. @Danda whatcha think?

Sounds fine to me
