I have been hearing people say that you can no longer /skill mark in a place you do not have permission in. I remember seeing this as a future enhancement and haven't seen anything saying this is in effect. Can a staff member clarify whether this policy is in effect now or not ? Thank you

You cannot mark in a location you do not have build rights in.
If I am not mistaken if anyone does already have a mark set in a location they cannot build in when they attempt to recall there their mark will be wiped.
