Bug Recall loading loop. Game unplayable.

I used mark @ a location I was mining. I did /spawn to sell souls and typed /recall. Upon my arrival I'm stuck in a block and then ported to what looks like hell and lost all of my equipment. After a few seconds I am teleported back to my recall location with full health and all of my equipment. After a few seconds I get ported back to hell.... dead again...... and the cycle repeats.

I have no way to type in /spawn after the initial load. So I am stuck in a perpetual loop.

HELP PLZ
