Bug Recall Bug

Hi there~
I just used /skill recallpve
and it now has a 15min cooldown
Relogged, still is a long cooldown
Pls look into it

(Am on PVE server, 3:11 CST)

Edit to add: I used a runestone which normally doesn't have this cooldown for me

Logging doesn't reset cooldowns, in fact, when logging did THAT was the bug.
Using a Runestone or Recall will make recall go on CD

I didn't log before the CD bug~ waited out the first one
But it kept doing it
so I relogged to see if it would correct it
I know that there is a CD on Runes, since I"m a runesmith but this is the first time after being a LS/Crafter that I've encountered a 15min cooldown
And it is happening on every instance now of me using /skill recallpve
runestone or not

Familiar with the basic mechanics, thanks for trying to help though

haha yep, I fixed the bug because it had an issue... you were living the high life!
