I'm not sure what I should put here--I read the application guide and it advises me to give you reasons why I should be accepted and provide additional info about myself. Following the example of an "excellent" application it provided, I'll use this space to shamelessly boast about myself and my accomplishments.
I can't really think of any great reasons for you to accept me, but I can come up with several reasons why you should not deny my application: I don't cheat; I consider myself mature enough to handle a gaming environment like this one; I have cookies. (You know you can't resist the cookies.)
My hobby is writing. I like to write fiction best, but I can also handle the occasional essay, especially when school demands it of me. I'm a little less than halfway through my first novel, which I've been working on for a little over a year. I've won and/or taken honorable mentions in numerous writing contests, both local and state or national-wide, the specifics of which I won't mention, since you probably don't really care. I've also recently gotten a short story accepted for publication in a new, small-ish literary journal--again, I won't bother you with names and dates because nobody gives a crap.
I could write a lot more, but it would bore you to tears, so I'll leave it at that. Thanks for considering my application!
(And remember the cookies.)
