This is supposed to be a quick guide on how the new townships will work. Not all of this is done yet, but hopefully when we it becomes available this will be of use to you. <variable> are required. (variable) are optional
To use Townships, please read the commands below. They will tell you what blocks, items, and money you will need to make the structures and towns you want.
/town
- This will list several commands that you can use as well as a link to a guide.
/town list
- This will open an inventory showing you all of the structures and towns you have unlocked. You can click or hover over these to see details.
/town shop
-This will open an inventory showing you all of the structures and towns you can unlock using Soul Shards, quests, etc. Clicking on these will open a menu where you can buy them or see more details
/town info <region>
- This will open a menu for a structure or town as if you had clicked on it from /town list. (/town info house)
/town create <region> (town-name)
- This will attempt to create that structure. If it failed it will, then tell you why. If you are trying to make a town then you need to include a name you want to give it. (/town create house, /town create town Craftville)
/town addmember <player> (town-name)
- Adds a player as a member. Members can't add/remove other members. (/town addmember multi)
/town remove <player> (town-name)
- Removes a player. You can't remove the original owner this way. (/town remove multi)
/town setowner <player>
- Sets the original owner to that player. Both the original owner and the new owner must be in the same building unless you are an owner of the town. (/town setowner multi)
/town who (player-name or town-name)
- Shows the info on the structure you are standing in. If a name is given, then it attempts to find that structure, town or player and tell you about them. (/town who Craftville)
/town whatshere
- Shows you all regions and towns you are standing in.
/town ch (town-name)
- Sets your chat to town chat channel if a town-name is given. If no name is given, then it will set you back to global chat. (/town ch Craftville)
--Advanced Guide for Town Owners--
/town settaxes <amount> <town-name>
- Sets taxes for all members of a town you own. All members pay these taxes once per day to the town bank if they have money. (/town settaxes 50 Craftville)
/town toggleperm <permission> <player-name> <town-name>
- Allows a member a permission in a town you own. Permissions can be structure types to allow that player to build in town. Other permissions are "addmember" and "taxes" which will let the member add players to the town or be exempt from paying taxes. (/town toggleperm house multi Craftville)
/town war <enemy-town> <town-name>
- Declares war on an enemy town for a price. Prices depend on your town size and the enemy size. It's cheaper to declare war on larger towns. (/town war Enemyville Craftville)
/town peace <enemy-town> <town-name>
- Sues the enemy town for peace. Prices depend on your town size and the enemy size. It's cheaper to sue for peace with larger towns. (/town peace Enemyville Craftville)
