Quick Question: Do swords do more dmg than any other tool?

Quick Question: Do swords do more damage than any other tool, no matter the material it's made of?
(e.g. Diamond Shovel compared to Wood Sword)

Depends on your specialization the weapon thats meant for the class will always do the most.
eg. Casters(Hoe), Dragoon(Shovel), Dreadknight(Axes), Ninja(Sword), Disciple(Fists/stick/fish), or Bard(Jukeboxes)

Not positive, but I think all tools that fall outside of "weapon of choice" deal 1 damage, including swords for non-sword classes.
