Question regarding Town Rings. Couldn't find a good answer.

OCD Makes me need to know this to plan my town based off it.

Are the dead centers of town rings based on a block, or a conversion of blocks?

Basically, is the longest row of blocks on the ring (Where each corner starts, the cardinal directions) have an Even amount of blocks, or and uneven amount of blocks?

theres one block then 75 in each direction forming a circle is the town ring the center block might be the first of the 75 im not exactly sure.

That's pretty much what I'm asking. I'd be able to tell if I could count how many blocks the longest "straight" line on the circle is, but I'm unable to log in atm.
