for combat logging what is allowed from what i say below
1. You see an player and u log out. he hasnt hit u or anything and u have hit him u just see eachother.
2. You see an player and u log out. he shot and arrow at u but didnt hit u so it didnt put u in combat nor do u attack back.
3. You are hit by another player and run till the 10secs are up and log out. do not return fire.
Just wanna clarify some thing
