Question about personal regions

I created a personal region for my house, and set the general build flag on it to false, then set a player flag for myself to true, so that should make it so that only I can build and break blocks inside the personal region. But when I tested it, I was able to build & break blocks within the region using a different account/character. This is on the ruins map and not the haven map, if it makes a difference.

Is this not working correctly?

Also, I am not allowed to change the "use" or "container" flags on the region. Are these flags supposed to be locked?

Those flags are supposed to be disabled however I'm not sure what the fix is for your issue but I will look into it.

On a completely unrelated note, I seem to have lost the ability to use any chat channel other than TOUR. I could use them yesterday but not today.

It just says "You don't have permission to join Offtopic / HelpMe / Trade" when I try to switch to another channel.

Several flags are locked due to the nature of the server.

What about the thing where building & breaking isn't disabled for others in my personal region? I thought that was the whole reason for using it?

The flag for building/breaking should be set correctly - if this is not the case, let me know. Protection of blocks is the entire point of personal regions.

I figured it out with the piece of coal trick. For some reason the residence I set up isn't located where it was supposed to be so I have to re-do it.
