Just like the title says: On Herocraft live, ( the test server still has it.) pyros no longer have Withering. I've asked others and they never heard of it being removed.

Have you tried using it and found it's not working? I see it's missing from the ingame skills list for Pyro, but that might just be a mistake.
Pyromancer is up to date in the Wiki to 1 July. Withering was still in then.

It was temp removed due to it causing internal server errors. It can be put back in after we resolve the issue. I think the sheer number of effects on a single skill are causing issues Delfofthebla

Interesting. I haven't seen this happen on test. I had removed one of the effects from the skill for the next patch, but if you want, you could push it to live early Kainzo
It only has Withering / Nausea now. The slowness has been removed.
