i was trying withering with the yeti. the move says it's suppose to be movement impairing yet yeti was still able to run normally while the dot was going.
Well ... it turned out we were setting the strength of Withering to 127 instead of 1.
1 is normal wither, whereas 127 is super buffed.
Changing this to 1 changed how Wither operates... do Pyromancers prefer the old way? The issue is that wither hits so much that the vanilla minecraft mechanics take over and apply damage every second... which makes them almost immune to melee swings.

It's better for their melee, it's worse for their kiting abilities.
They still have a lot of trouble in melee combat, so I'm not entirely convinced this change is for the better. If we do keep it, I think we're lookin at a long road of properly balancing their ability to melee.
