Camping newbies became a real problem last map and I could imagine it would still be with the Karma system now aswell. I'm pretty sure the lvl 10 PvP thing stays.

Or he doesn't want you slaughtering people that just joined the server and can't defend themselves against someone who actually knows what they're doing. (not saying that you do, since you're out trying to kill newbies.)

Takes that long, I just don't want max levels camping some lvl 1 1 day on the server.
