I know this would probably be never implemented into HeroCraft, but in many of the RPG games I've played when you encounter a Mob/Player and any others nearby, they are teleported to an arena depending on your current location. For example, if you are raiding a dungeon and encounter Guards, the battle begins in an arena mimicking that dungeon. I think it would be cool to add to HeroCraft, however I think others would disagree and doing so would result in loss of sneak attacks. Sometimes I wonder when I am crafting and someone comes out of nowhere and insta-kills me, being teleported to an arena would somewhat fix that and give lower players somewhat of a chance.
My other idea for PvP arenas is customizable classes for gamemodes like DM and BG. Perhaps there could be a building within spawn where players can change their loadout class in DM. Of course the items would need to be aquired first, but it might help players who don't use the mod pack and binds instead. There have been many situations within PvP games where I can't use my skills due to not enough items in my inventory.
