Bug Pushing Elite City Guards

Hello,

I found out that you can just push Elite City Guards off the edge, and they won't do anything.
It's not really a bug, but yeah, I would like to see it fixed.

Why the heck do you want to see it fixed? Elite guards are annoying, its kinda nice to be able to push them off the edge.

We purposely made them pushable and not reset to their spawn points.

When we fully incorporate guards, they will leash back.
