Bug Profession Skills Require Preparing If Shared by Combat Class

Skills like Runesmith's Scan and Gills can be used without preparing them, but if you try to use them with a class that learns those skills (Rangers and Wizards with Scan for example, and Druid with Gills), then they cannot be used without spending skill points and a skill slot to prepare them.

Primary classes trump Secondary classes when it comes to this kind of stuff. It's a bug for sure, we'll see what we can do @coders
