  5. Why do you think you would make a good proctor?: I was the lead of the proctor team a while back, and I helped keep the other proctors in line. I've held this position for a while in the past, and I helped control chat when moderators were not online.

Bump: I see tons of chat rules being broken with no consequences most of the time, new proctors is probably a good idea...
