if u right click with a potion but dont drink it the cd will still be there.

I think what he means is that if you haven't drank a potion, and right click with it in your hand, it assumes you've used the potion, and now you have a 180 second cooldown to wait until you can use a potion you didn't even use in the first place. Very pesky bug
