I don't have time to test anything as I need to log off but I am receiving sustained 300dps by a Ninja with a gold sword through full Cleric armor.

If I had to make a guess I would say that the enchants are passing their damage with click spam even though the normal attacks are not or perhaps even the normal attacks are.
I will test more tomorrow if it's not found and resolved by then.

For every Cleric hater out there this is your time to shine. 16 second auto win - 3 seconds to do 900 damage, 6 seconds of Invuln to full heal, 3 more seconds back down to 1 heart, 4 second guardian, dead! Bam

I was the ninja in this situation. I had both Might/Warsong, and was sneaking. As you may or may not know, Ninja's that are sneaking deal 100% extra damage when attacking from behind. Due to the fact that you were not attacking me, and instead trying to dig a hole into the ground, I was able to backstab you with almost every single attack. This, combined with eviscerate, allowed me to deal massive amounts of damage in a very short amount of time.

My gold sword was not enchanted. If you had actually attacked me instead of trying to run away, the damage would have been cut in half. Additionally, if you had managed to draw the fight out a little bit longer (via heals) my gold sword would have broke.

I cannot blame you for making this post however, because the bug you mention did indeed exist at one point, but my weapon was not enchanted, so I'm afraid you derped on this one Eldry.

This is unrelated to the topic of the thread, but I must say that with these numbers a cleric at least will survive 5x as long as any other healer...

Yep, that's how Clerics win. Slow steady damage dealing while absorbing/healing more damage then any other healer.

Correct, that is why I made this post.

With Might/Warsong and if you landed some backstabs then yes I can see 300dps being possible. Funny thing to think about is on any other healer you would have been doing 600dps.

My gold sword was not enchanted. If you had actually attacked me instead of trying to run away, the damage would have been cut in half. Additionally, if you had managed to draw the fight out a little bit longer (via heals) my gold sword would have broke.

I love any good fights, or even off balanced fights, but 3 on 1 is neither good nor off balanced. In fact it's not even a fight. I could have faced all three of you and died or attempt to get back into my city and survive. In this case you were too close and I was not able to get back in. If I would have "actually attacked me instead of trying to run away" then I would have still died as the two guys behind you had no intentions of letting me 1 on 1 you ;)

Sort of unrelated, but I as a cleric did run from a 4v1 against your town....

Any player with any sense of self preservation would run from a 4v1 ;)[DOUBLEPOST=1362945652,1362945619][/DOUBLEPOST]Clerics are good at 1v1 and group fights but 2v1 or anything larger is just not going to happen.

I disagree, As a cleric, against a 2v1 that doesnt have anything to stop
A: your mana regen
B: your heath regen
C: Has heals
I tend to be able to win the fight, if I play it correctly

I have managed 2v1's before but it will only work if you are fighting the right classes.

It's pretty rare that a master Cleric can beat two masters from most other classes.
