Possible Exploit?/ Bounty rigging? (not sure so posting here)

So here's what happened, I'm in the North spawn noob dungeon (level 14) and junarcel and juttekaas were there as well. Let it be known it was not war time, I did not have a bounty, nor did I have junarcels bounty accepted. However, juttekaas accepted his friend's bounty (which in my opinion should be some sort of exploit) so that my AOE would unntentionally hit junarcel and they could kill me. I'm not too upset about this, but I just thought I'd bring it to the staff's attention as this is very unfair and not very new player friendly. In my opinion, they are dancing on the line of it "not being illegal", but hey, what do I know. Anyways, thanks for reading.

Yes this is actually indeed illegal, it's much like shooting yourself with an arrow to combat tag yourself, just using a friend this time. Either PE this in-game or I guess wait for staff to comment on this. RIP junarcel and juttekaas

I personally hate when people do this, I've had something similar, but a bit more detrimental happen to me, Jreems and Junarcel were both involved, but Juna claims he was doing it intentionally. Try writing up an exploit report.
