Possible disarm bug

While doing some practice duels I found out with the help of pandaman that if you are disarmed and die before you weapon is returned, then the weapon is lost forever. I am hesitant to report this mostly because I dont think it can be fixed without the weapon being disarm waits in the persons inventory, which would mean they can re equip the weapon after being disarmed.
