Bug Port Spires

I asked in help chat if all port spires are pvp free, or should be, and I got "yes" as an answer. I believe every port spires is pvp free except the Waterpsires, there may be one other. I was just a little confused how some were protected and some aren't.

All of them ARE pvp zones. A PART of forestspires is non-pvp because it is part of a graveyard region.
