On this page here: hc.to/sameip Seratt referrs to PMing Angyles in order to be considered for IP sharing. However, despite looking all over Angyles's page, through the forums, and on my own options, I haven't found a way to PM someone on the site. Can someone please explain how one PMs someone? Thanks.

Click on their name and there is an option there.
Profile Page Start a Conversation Follow Ignore

Or, when logged in click 'inbox' in the upper right of your screen, then go to start a new conversation. (It'll be easier to use this one)

So is "starting a conversation" what PMing means on this site? I tried it, but I didn't get a reply so I assumed I did something wrong.

Yes, a conversation is a personal message.
Angyles is busy this week, it might be hard for her to respond right away. She will, however, get to your issue as soon as she can. She's a very hard worker.

Go to 'Inbox' then down to 'Show All'. Does it show the pm/conversation you started with her?

That or if you click someone's username the window that pops up shows a button that says Start Conversation.
