Suggestion Plug-in, Smart moving

Could you add the smart moving plugin, there is a version of smart moving that works with bukkit servers. it is a very well made mod, and it would be a lot of fun. it adds a lot of mobility to the game, such as climbing, sliding, and horizontal swimming. plus it keeps updated. its on the minecraftforums. If we can integrate this with heavy restrictions, we may opt to do it. However, we are attempting to steer clear from requiring mods to fully experience this server.

Expect something like this on the Spout-server or ProjectHero.

what exactly are ProjectHero and Spout-server? and to clear this up, whats the major difference between a mod and a plugin?

A plugin you install onto the servers, the users don't have to do anything.
A mod requires EVERYONE to download and install it, so that is not viable.
