Bug Plot Permissions Bug

Problem: Managers cannot remove players from plot permissions once they leave town.

Steps:
1) Add a player to a plot within a town
2) Player left town due to not paying taxes
3) Attempt to remove player via (/town plot revoke [plot] [player]

Expected: Permissions Revoked
Actual: "No player in town with that name"

Player name is visible while right clicking with coal
