Suggestion Please reduce Speed II timer at Central

The Speed II timer is currently set at about 48 seconds before it refreshes. By having it so long, it takes much too long to wear off after going it a shop or the exchange without manually using the speed off command.

A simple fix to this is to put it on a 6-8 second timer instead of the 48 second timer.

Thing is, it used to be like 6 seconds but players were complaining about the FOV changing every couple of seconds.
